This is a scam app. I have more than 300,000 P in gcash. He suddenly closed my account without any reason and did not refund me.

I don’t know the apps is not a phone apps it is an internet connections apps .. the Dash board won’t load & still I have my Php1,200 on my account . I bring back my phone here in Philippines .., It is Because It won’t open In Japan .. since I reported someone scam me . Why The Customer service is not updated the service for good customer ? Are They Interedted to Scamming people .

I can still log in just the othe day with only MPIN Today I was shock that i need to do OTP but i didn’t receive any I’ve been doing this the whole day still no use , i followed everythig the customer service said yet i can’t log in but if i did in my other acc that needed otp i received it immediately onpy in my GCASH! I still have money in there

Figuring out how to transfer funds to gcash is difficult with one of two options Western Union (not a popular way of money transfer in Japan, not widely available). Can’t connect to PayPal (in Japan), just Payoneer. Can’t connect to local bank accounts. Can’t receive funds from other gcash users either. At the current state, it’s not very useful for me. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
