Vomit inducing buggy trash. No deep links to the app when viewing an event in safari. The UX is among the worst I’ve seen and I’m a UX designer. The menu is atrocious. Why is the search function so hard to find??? Jesus Christ get your money back from whatever talentless overpaid contractors you used.

I paid $50 for a ticket to a club on Halloween night. They did not let us in. They told us to go to another club. We went there. They told us to go back to the original club. We went back. They denied us once again. We contacted the company for refunds and haven’t gotten our money back yet. Not only did we waste $50, but they ruined our Halloweens.

The app is horrible I always end up having to use safari. I login, then go to my tickets and it prompts me to login again when I’ve already logged in. So I log in again, and it takes me to the home screen, i tap my tickets and it prompts me to log in again. Never ending cycle of having to log in and never actually seeing my stuff.

Have bought tickets multiple times. Email with tickets delivers. No Email with address ever delivers. Paid $135 for two tix in LA, my friend hadn’t been to one before, and we couldn’t even get an address.

I unchecked all the boxes in the app and still keep receiving promotional emails. There is no contact information on the app or the website so I can’t even tell them to unsubscribe me! Seriously?

If I didn’t love RA for existing and want to support them I would give this app 1 star. Everytime I use this app to see if someone has any upcoming shows, but I go to look something up in a different app hoping I will be able to just come back to the RA app on the page I had open like I left it, it totally resets, removes my seatch results, and takes me back to the g*dd*amn location-centric events homepage and I have to start all over again.

Love the app but cannot add shows to watchlist – when you ‘interested’ is engaged, it doesnt add the show to ‘interested’; instead, an infinite loop of buffering displays and the assets on the page all become disengaged, and only can press the ‘back’ button at the top left to return to the prevent page of show results.

UI is unintuitive and inconsistent with any other phone apps design philosophy. Very clear that this is just a website packaged in an app with no functional gain.

I bought a ticket to an event on friday night. The location was tba. I never ended up getting the address. Submitted an email to raco. No response. I was scammed on this app and it was very disapponting

I don’t know if it’s me but many versions before I was able to add manually my fave artists and follow them and know where are they playing. I can’t find anymore these functions. If they’re gone, it’s bad. If I can’t find them, improve the UX. I don’t want to connect to Spotify or whatever. The app has become virtually useless. Such a waste. I liked it a lot.
