I have to have pretty simple self explanatory programs or I lose interest, and this was pretty damned easy to figure out. And I only needed it for one document, so when I messed up and didn’t cancel in time, and asked for a refund, they saw I right away and saw that l literally only used it once, and even though it was really my own fault for not being thorough they actually refunded me the money without all kinds of hassle or grief. Excellent app and I great customer service. I will gladly use this again when needed!

I signed up for a free trial while house hunting to help with applications etc. in the middle of moving, I forgot to cancel the free trial and it charged me almost $200!!!! I’ve tried to contact these people to no avail. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! You can clearly see I didn’t use it ONCE after the free trial ended. PLEASE

On a form that has several choice boxes. Example: Single, Married, divorced – when I attempt to click the my choice ALL BOXES are checked. It only checks or unchecks ALL BOXES, not allowing for individual choices. Which makes the app broken
